So very sorry to hear about Burt, but Zack told me he's saving some dead fish for Burt--says there's plenty to go around...

We are sorry to hear about Burt, Ralph and Nancy. He was one-of-a-kind. We'll always remember his ear-to-ear smile, "polite" requests for table scraps and zest for life.
Steph, Mike, Sam, Silas and Shannon, too!

Thank you all. We'll miss him.
As Niece Amy says:
Qui me amat, amet et canem meum.
(Who loves me, must love my dog also.) Thanks for the love.

- R. (& N.)

p.s. And thank you, John, for the beautiful photo at OKO.

nanc and ralph - can't explain how sad we are. we'll miss the days of playing catch, fetch and all the walks to the beach. But even more sad is the thought you two will have to learn to eat a whole banana and finish the last of the yogurt and cottage cheese yourselves. Now you two can hug without being reprimanded, but you'll have to figure out what to do with all those tennis balls...
we love you two and miss you Burt!
